Socialize! enables you to effectively manage your real life Personal and Business Network.
Networking means that you need to know as much as possible about your contacts. Unfortunately we forget things so easiliy. Socialize! helps you to keep record of all relevant information about your contacts and, just as important, presents the data you need in Reports, Search Reports and Network Views.
You need to know that much about your contacts to be able to help them. Networking means mutual help, and it's a good philosophy to first give and then have the chance to take something back at a later time.
Based on our individual backgrounds, personal attributes, educations, professions and networks we all have different advantages. Networking combines these advantages and enhances the performance of each networking partner.
From the Network Views in Socialize! you will see at a glance who it's time to contact again. Say good bye to the times when you only contacted people when you needed them.
Select the looking glass and hover over a Friend in the Network to have important information displayed immediately. Friends located on the left hand side of the Network should be contacted again. By keeping record of your personal interactions Socialize! enables you to effectively manage your personal network ressources.
Store all kind of personal data. Socialize! provides strong reporting and full text features to retrieve the stored data when needed.
The built in calendar supports nested calendar entries. On top of the calendar all open tasks as well as your Friends' birthdays of the selected week are displayed.
Socialize! comes with a powerful built in word processor. Mail Merge has never been easier before! The screenshot above shows the mail merge control panel for a comfortable management of the single letters within a merge project.
